How does Lyre work?

Lyre combines advanced AI language models with natural voice synthesis to create agents that can understand and respond to phone conversations in real-time. You configure the agent's knowledge and behavior, connect a phone number, and Lyre handles the rest.

Do I need to know how to code?

No! Lyre is designed for non-technical users. You can create and configure agents through our web dashboard without writing any code. However, we do offer API access for developers who want to build custom integrations.

Pricing & Billing

What counts as a "minute"?

A minute is 60 seconds of call time, rounded up. A 1 minute 15 second call counts as 2 minutes. Only completed calls are billed.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your service continues until the end of your billing period.

How many agents can I create?

The number of agents is unlimited.

Can one agent handle multiple calls at once?

Yes! Each agent can handle multiple simultaneous calls. The number of concurrent calls depends on your plan and available minutes.

Can my agent transfer calls to a human?

Yes! You can configure when and how to transfer calls. See Configuring Transfer to Human.
